Here is a great example of a company enhancing the power of their message, by shifting just a couple of words.

Before: I guess we can do without “it” (GoTo Meeting)

After: Our GoTo Meetings can happen anywhere. (Thumbs Up)

See how easy it is to make a significant point when “(K)notty Words” are kicked out of the message.
