Remember the Ice is all about improving how we communicate. We look at creating BETTER Word Choice, focusing on asking better questions and looking at everyday issues that could be improved to raise the bar on our overall communication skills.
Have you ever called someone’s cell phone, gone to voice mail…only to hear, “You are unable to leave a voice mail because the mailbox is full?” (Sometimes the phone’s owner has yet to even set up the system. Really?)

Well our comment is this.
If you are going to have a phone, and want to be able to stay in touch with your customers, friends, family and anyone else, take a moment to set up your voice mail… AND respond to the messages you receive.
Then remember to clean out your mailbox so you can keep using your Voice Mail so you can receive your callers’ important messages.
Hope this helps you out. Maybe a big sale comes about, a well wish is received earlier or even an emergency situation is avoided.
